We named this BellieBuddie Sakhe ( Saw-key ), sanskrit for my friend. We felt Sahke was a great name for the first of BellieBuddies because like a true friend he is paving the way for other BellieBuddies to join him in our mission to help kids/familys start a mindfulness practice by learning to breathe mindfully together.
Sakhe( Saw-key ) is the only BellieBuddie available for now but we are working hard to further develop this mindfulness program and create more BellieBuddies. Join our mailing list to be notifyed when another BellieBuddie joins the team!
